Design and manufacture of control panels for platform lifts dedicated to people with disabilities under the license CSA B44.1. We have developed a very sophisticated control from relay logic. Economy and performance were the two challenges in this project; to further maximize system performance, redundancy protection was also included in the project.
Realizations
Mini Central Hydro-Electric Regulation Panel
Fabrication of control panels by use of mini central hydro-electric power. For example: Beauharnois, Péribonka, Outardes and Shamara (in India).
Procedure Management for a Factory of Production
Conception, fabrication and installation of a control system for the management of six lines of production (mixers, sieve and hoppers) according to different plans, including a cleaning sequence. All is generated within our 3 floors with a communication network between automata and our numerous interface operators.
Robotic Networks for Control and Supervision of Equipment
Networking over 120 machines for the operation and supervision of refrigerated displays. This Ethernet network consists of connections which are transmitted to two master control systems, both by wire and wirelessly. The acquisition made by the master control systems is transmitted into software data available via the Internet.
Rolling Walkways and Ski Lifts
Conception, fabrication and installation of a control system for the implementation of entry/exit rolling walkways on existing ski lifts. We completed the projects for the stations of Ski-St-Bruno, Ski Bromont, Ski Le Relais (Québec), Okemo Valley Ski resort (Vermont), Hiddenvalley Ski Resort (Pennsylvania) and Ski Santa Fe (New Mexico).
Sort control and Palletizing Paver Stone
Design, manufacture, programming, commissioning of an automated sorting and palletizing plant to manufacture paver stones.
Srew Induction
In collaboration with Hydro-Quebec, we are marketing a screw induction. This technology was developed by the Technological Laboratories of Hydro-Quebec. This screw is to allow the heating of minerals by induction up to a capacity of 300 kW. A function of this screw is to control the humidity of ore (at a rate of 0.00% RH) to make anhydride.
System of Surveillance and Date Acquisition for Various Ski station
Programming and installation of a surveillance system in Ski Control Stations, both in the United States and Canada. The system will be able to read number of skiers, openings and closings of watering valves, electricity consumption and more. This is all connected through the mountains by fiber optic cables.
